The complete list of requirements can be found here.

You may not use our Services to distribute, advertise, disseminate, link to content that contains, describes, or refers to child pornography, bestiality, child erotica, gambling, pyramid or “multilevel marketing” schemes, copyright violations or prescription medication or replica products, or any other content that is illegal under all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations in which you use or access our Services.

You must also send email in a way that respects the stability of our network, and allows other customers to use the Services. If we determine that your use of email affects our network or our other customers, in a material, adverse manner, we may suspend your account until such time as you have agreed to modify your behavior. While your account is suspended, Fees will continue to accrue.

These policies apply to messages sent using your massmailservers.net service, or to messages sent from any network by you or any person on your behalf that directly or indirectly refer the recipient through the subscribed account via your massmailservers.net service.

We do not tolerate any server abuse activity like mail bombing, hijacking mail server relays, publishing incorrect or illegal information, or performing any other unlawful actions.

Sending to email addresses that have bounced repeatedly can result in a blacklisted IP address. You want to make sure that you are broadcasting to FRESH addresses.

A staff member randomly review the messages sent out from our network. We ensure that the content is appropriate and the subject is not misleading. If there is any questionable content, then we reject the message from being sent.

If we receive spam complaints originating from the account(s) of any user, we retain the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend or terminate the account in part or in full without refund for violation of these Terms of Service. In cases where service has been terminated or interrupted, resolution will be handled on an individual case basis, at MMS sole discretion.
